A 6 week course which will give you:
- a life which flows with ease and grace
- release of fear based behavioural patterns
- a sense of oneness and belonging with all life
- power, wisdom and abundance
- transformation!
The course content includes:
- learning to receive love as much as giving it and letting go self-judgement so as to be in a loving, accepting relationship with yourself
- accessing the seed of divinity within your heart
- balancing the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies to create the ‘container' for your Higher Self
- acknowledging your light and dark shadow, the denied and discounted aspects of yourself which direct your life when ignored
- healing the wounded Inner Child and relating the Magical Inner Child to the Higher Self
- increasing communication with your Higher Self, in other words developing intuition and inner guidance
- celebrating the marriage of spirit and matter
